I’m Liesbeth van der Linden — global executive coach and author of Connect, Inspire, Grow – The Executive’s Framework for the First 100 Days. Over the past 10 years, I’ve coached senior leaders, business owners, and teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

What I’ve learned is simple: the most successful leaders don’t copy a formula — they lead in a way that feels true to who they are. My role is to help you cut through the noise, connect with your authentic self, and lead with confidence, clarity, and joy.

Originally from the Netherlands, I’ve lived and worked in Shanghai, Germany, Hong Kong and Dubai, which taught me the value of adaptability, curiosity, and cultural connection. My mission is to empower leaders like you to create impact in a way that feels natural and fulfilling — for yourself, your team, and the world around you.

What if I can’t make one of the live sessions?
No problem! All sessions are recorded, and you’ll receive the replay to watch at your own pace.

How big is the group?
I keep the group intentionally small (max. 10–12 participants) so there’s plenty of space for real connection, sharing, and coaching.

Is this program for me?

What if I’m not based in Dubai?
You can join from anywhere in the world. Just note the session times are in Dubai time (GMT+4).

Do I need to prepare anything before joining?
No special preparation required — just bring yourself, an open mind, and the willingness to explore your leadership journey.

Can my company pay for this program?
Absolutely. Many organizations sponsor leadership development. I can provide an invoice including VAT (for Dubai) if needed.

Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you need to cancel before the program starts, you’ll receive a full refund. After the program begins, refunds are not available — but you’ll still get recordings and materials if you can’t attend live.
