GLTD ("we", "us", "our") operates https://www.gltd.co (the "Site") and provides executive coaching, leadership team programs, assessments, workshops and keynotes. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights.

We do not collect payment card details on the Site.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

- Professional advisers or authorities where legally required.
Some providers are based outside the UAE / EU (e.g. the United States). Where required, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after last contact, unless you become a client
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
