These Terms govern your use of https://www.gltd.co (the "Site"), operated by GLTD ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about executive coaching, leadership programs, assessments, workshops, keynotes and related content, and lets you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or book a discovery session.

2. Use of the Site

You agree not to: - Use the Site for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems - Scrape, copy or reproduce Site content for commercial use without written permission - Submit false, misleading or harmful information through our forms

3. Forms and submissions

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are at least 18. Submitting a form does not create a coaching relationship or any obligation on our part to provide services.

4. Coaching services

Coaching, team programs, assessments and workshops are provided under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees, scheduling and cancellation terms. Those terms take priority over these Terms for the services concerned.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice. Results depend on your own actions and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

5. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, frameworks, downloadable materials, the book) is owned by or licensed to GLTD and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written consent.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

6. Newsletter

By subscribing you consent to receive our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

7. Third-party links and tools

The Site links to or embeds third-party services (Calendly, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon or other book retailers). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability
