    All team members will complete an Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment and will receive a 1-on-1 personalized 60-minute debrief session in week 2 and 3.

  • Week 2 - Workshop: Remove Barriers to Success

    The factors that can drain energy and influence leadership performance vary from person to person. By knowing what energy barriers affect them, leaders will better understand what is missing and how to move forward; being and working more efficiently and effectively.

  • Week 3 – Workshop: Create Disciplines for High Performance
